1. Organizer

The sweepstakes is organized by AI Pathway, accessible at https://www.aipathway.org. By participating, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

 

2. Eligibility
The sweepstakes is open to individuals aged 18 years or older. Employees of AI Pathway and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. Submission Period
The application period begins upon the announcement of the sweepstakes and ends on December 11, 2024, at midnight CET. Late submissions will not be considered.

 

4. How to Enter
Participants must complete the application form and submit responses to the questions provided. All entries must be authentic, original, and submitted within the submission period. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.

 

5. Selection Process
The AI Pathway team will review all eligible applications after the submission period ends. Up to three applicants may be selected to participate in the AI Pathway training program. The team reserves the right to withhold from selecting any applicants if none are deemed suitable.

 

6. Notification of Selected Applicants
All selected applicants will be contacted personally via the contact details provided in their application. If a selected applicant does not respond within five (5) business days of notification, AI Pathway reserves the right to revoke the offer and select another applicant or none at all.

 

7. Confidentiality
AI Pathway will not share or disclose any texts, stories, or information submitted in applications to any outside parties. Submissions will be used solely for the purposes of this sweepstakes and applicant selection.

 

8. Limitation of Liability
AI Pathway is not responsible for technical errors, lost submissions, or any other issues beyond its reasonable control that may impact participation or the selection process.

 

9. Right to Modify or Cancel
AI Pathway reserves the right to modify or cancel the sweepstakes at any time without prior notice if circumstances arise beyond its control.

 

10. Agreement to Terms
By submitting an application, participants agree to these terms and conditions and to abide by the decisions of the AI Pathway team, which are final and binding.
